2. No Guarantee of 100% Virus Protection

MicroDefend Antivirus is designed to help detect, block, and respond to known and emerging security threats. However, no antivirus, cybersecurity platform, or software solution can guarantee 100% detection, prevention, or removal of all malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing attempts, exploits, or other harmful activity. You acknowledge that cybersecurity risk can never be eliminated entirely and that your own security practices remain important.

3. Subscription Billing Terms

Certain products or services may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees disclosed at the time of purchase, together with any applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring your billing information remains accurate and current.

Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a separate refund policy or written agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the applicable service during the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
